I am an Interfaith Minister offering spiritual guidance and support as well as accredited training courses. <br> <br> I work with my authentic self to serve all who feel drawn to my offerings.<br> <br> I offer Individual and Group Healing Ceremonies, Angelic Energy guidance and Laughtercise workshops, as follows:<br> <br> Healing Ceremonies 2023 – Gauldry Village Hall 10 – 4 pm cost £35 includes a light lunch<br> <br> August – Healing the Mother Wound (tbc)<br> <br> 24th September – Healing the Fear of Aging<br> 22nd October – Healing Trauma <br> 19th November – Healing Adrenal Fatigue<br> 31st December – Letting go of 2023 and Leaping into 2024<br> <br> Laughtercise - Thursday evening 6.30 til 8.30pm – <br> 58 Bonnygate, Cupar £10 <br> <br> Laughtercise is a combination of laughter yoga, gentle exercises, socialising and meditation.<br> <br> The benefits are many and include;<br> <br> Boosts immunity<br> Lowers stress hormones,<br> Decreases pain<br> Relaxes your muscles<br> Can prevent illness<br> Adds joy and zest to life,<br> Eases anxiety and tension, <br> Relieves stress, <br> Improves mood,<br> Strengthens resilience <br> Builds and Strengthens friendships!<br> <br> Further dates and venues may be added in due course.
